What we collect

When you request a table, we ask for your preferred date and time, party size, full name, mobile number and email address. You can also tell us about an occasion or any special requests.

When you send a private event enquiry, we ask for your full name, mobile number, email address, event type, preferred date and estimated number of guests. You can also add food and drink notes or other details.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your request, contact you about it, and manage your reservation or event. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking; we confirm separately.

Who can see it

Access to reservation requests and event enquiries is restricted to authorised Dutch staff, who must sign in to view them.

Staff sign in details are used only to secure access to these internal pages.

Payments

Dutch does not ask for payment card information through the reservation or private event forms.
